Own blasting and coating halls

Location Wilhelmshaven

Measuring 31 x 17 m, we have sufficient space to process large and particularly complex plant components with different blasting media and coat them professionally. Depending on the requirements profile, a metallic coating of zinc (galvanising) can be applied using several processes with different properties. We would be happy to advise you – please contact us.

Location Hamburg

Our blasting and coating hall, measuring 24.00 x 12.00 m, is located in the heart of the Port of Hamburg. Thanks to our convenient logistical proximity to our customers, we are able to blast, coat and paint components on site at short notice, conserving resources and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Place of operation Emden

In Emden, we have a 40″ blasting container including blasting media preparation and fine dust extraction. The prepared components can be painted in the adjacent 400 m² industrial hall.
